PAN FRIED DUCK LIVER, CARAMELIZED

We pride ourselves in using the freshest and finest ingredients available. when in season we use shoots that grow in the bamboo forests around the hotel grounds. These shoots are cooked, sliced and then pan fried in butter with onion and a little garlic until golden brown. Finally, they are marinated with a black truffle dressing and served at room temperature with pan fried duck liver. Delicious!
